Fee Schedule

FEES & DUES

  1. New Member Fee – $150.00
  2. Family Plan New Member Fee – $200.00
  3. Monthly Dues (Individual and Family Plan) – $45.00 (per member)
    • 1st Month is Prorated
  4. Member Referral Incentive – $45.00 Account Credit (after referral’s 3rd month of membership)
  5. Instructor Referral Incentive – $45.00 added to check (after referral’s 3rd month of membership)

PENALTY FEES

  1. Late Cancellation (Less than 24-hour notice)/No-Show – $75.00 per Incident
  2. Late Return Fee – $50.00 After the First 15 Minutes
    • $20.00 Each 5 Minutes After That
  3. Switching Aircraft Without Notification or Changing in Flight Schedule Pro (FSP) – $100 per Incident
  4. Taking an Aircraft Without Scheduling on FSP or With Dispatcher – $100 per Incident
  5. Leaving Aircraft Master Switch in the On Position After Flight – $100 per Incident
  6. Not Cleaning Out the Aircraft After Flight (i.e. food, trash, dirt, sand, spills, etc.) – $50.00 per Incident
  7. Improperly Securing Aircraft (i.e. not tied down, doors unlocked, gust locks not used, etc.) – $50.00 per Incident.
    • If not securing the aircraft properly results in damage to the aircraft, you will be charged for the damage to the
      aircraft.
  8. Dispatch Sheet Not Filled Out and/or Not Turned in to Dispatch – $25.00 per incident
  9. Lost Keys – $50.00 per Incident
  10. Lost Fuel Card – $50.00 per incident
  11. Lost Fuel Dipstick – $25.00 per Incident
  12. Lost Pilot’s Operating Handbook (POH) – Replacement Cost of POH
  13. Other Required Documents and Manuals (i.e. Radio / Navigation Manuals) that are lost – Replacement Cost of Documents and/or Manuals
Penalty Fees Will Be Assessed by the Billing Office
The Renter Will Be Responsible for the Penalty Fees Unless the Instructor Caused the Issue
ALL PENALTIES WILL DOUBLE AFTER THE 3RD OFFENSE
